Ravish Summer Spree

Howdy do to everyone!! Miss me? I hope so. In the excitement of all things summer and other various projects I have been working on I have not had the chance to post here as much as I would like, but the good news is I think that I may have a helper soon so you will get to see more. Also I don't know if many of you are aware but there is a freebie fashionista group in-world that you can join and I will be sending out notices about nice things even when I cannot post on them. That way you will never have to miss out on the great things I find and just do not have the time to post on. Also I would like for the chat to be a resource for us to help each other find specific things we might be looking for. Exciting!!

Now onto the goodies. First of all I sure that you will notice that I am looking a little different in this post. The reason being that I am modeling the Allie-shape and skin from Ravish. They have shapes that represent various body types , and many beautiful skins as well to compliment. They offer different packages and are pretty reasonably priced. The skin/shape packages range from 800L-1200L and the skins are 500L each and 1500L for a pack of 4. Be sure to check this place out.

I have found some great places recently and just cannot post on all that I love, but here are a few things to wet your whistles and give you an idea of the incredible generosity of these designers. Thanks to all of you designers for your kindness and for what you do. I would not be here if it were not for you.

First is the Poshy Punk Set in Peppermint by Isabella Esoterica Designs that was offered as a free gift by Callie Cline for Freebie Geebie Week. If you are not a member of the Cal Gal group be sure to join so that you can enjoy great gifts like this one. I have been getting them all week and have some great things I am thrilled to have. This lovely set has several pieces and with capris and a skirt as well as a jacket, this outfit like some others on this post offers a lot of options. This outfit looks like it was made for *JetDoll*'s - Vintage Vixen Black that I picked up at Savior Hair. The KJ- Wood-WHITE-Wedge Pumps came from Kumamoto Japan an amazing place that I discovered and you MUST go there. More about this amazing place later in the post.

The Retrology sim is celebrating 1 year being open, so celebrate with them. Many of the shops there are offing some great free gifts. Not sure how long these will be around but at time of this post the boxes were still there so please treat your self and head on down before it is over. Here I have the

Now more about Kumamoto Japan, there are so many great things there. Too many thing to post or list. You have to go and trust me you will be happy that you went. Look at these fantastic sandals!! When I found these KJ-Brown shoes I fell in love. They also come in white with the next dress on this post. These are perfect for all those sexy summer minis, shorts and baby doll dresses. Here I have it with the KJ-BrownDress , KJ-Wood Accessories Set (earrings and 2 necklaces) and KJ-Bracelet. The hair is *booN free hair NMR32 in blonde.

There were many outfits there that came with multiple options like this KJ-WHITEDRESS with mini and baby doll options. Here with the white version of the sandals and the earrings that were with the last dress. The hair is Fuel Laydee hair that I picked up at Savoir Hair. I have also added this sweet cosmos(pearl) bracelet from *sakurako*. It was in a small shop in another area of Kumamoto Japan, so when you are there look around and there are more goodies to be found.

Another versatile set from Kumamoto Japan is this this tank dress that comes with 3 different tanks and 2 skirt options. Shown here with ~Bewitched Hair~ Dollarbie~ Beach Babe in blonde and in brown. Both are worn with KJ- Wood-BROWN-Shoes. I love these shoes and they have them there for free in 4 different colors!! What's not to like? ICEY coolness

Hi all, I have missed you all and am glad to be getting this post out. Sorry again that it has been so long but what can you do?... So without further delay I am going to dive into my latest find... I got a tip about some great freebies at ICEY. ICEY is a project by a Real Life Fashion Designer..cekin Karas. Totally new and only 1 month old shop will refresh its collection Monthly . There are many great casual pieces and the best part is there was nothing I saw in the store that was more than 150L. My kinda place!! They have some nice shoes that start at 60L, and looks like they are setting up to add more things. When I talked to cekin she said that there would soon be hairs and all kinds of goodies so be sure to check back often. Also I found these great pussycat lashes for 65L so I had to pick them up. She has 2o new outfits that will be comming out soon and is planning to have a fashion show sometime in July. This is one to watch out for.

Among some of the goodies I picked up were these knit pants that were 1L , also the shoes were from a box at the door for free. Here I have them with the Torrid wear double strap tank--at 20L for a pack of 5 it is a real steal. All the hair in this post came from a hunt at House of Heart that unfortunately is now over but they have them quite often so keep an eye out. Shown here is the Tuli in berry. Tillie's Spectacular Light Goggles (red) actually came with Tillie pose stand I bought... best pose stand in the world it also comes with a standalone hud that makes it easy to use your poses in places where you cannot rezz a stand. At 600L it is a deal for anyone that has need of a pose stand.

Another great find and my personal favorite from the shop is this awesome retro dress. I love the colors and the detailing around the bewbs. When I got it I put it on immediately. The Strappy T-Straps (brown) shoes from ETD discount section for 25L were perfect for this and also that skirt I got from here. The hair here from the House of Heart hunt is Ginnifer in platinum. When I was at the hunt also picked up these great dollarbie earrings and necklace from Kess Kreations . They are color change and give the options to change both the stone and the metal. So gives you many options to make it a good fit for a lot of outfits.

Last but not least is the spring skirt that was also in a box at the door. The entire skirt is prim. I love the way that it moves. Here I have it with *NB* Relaxed Strappy Tank: Mud (Free Item of the Week) (not available anymore) and Calina The Noble in brown from the House of Heart hunt.
I have on the *Beauty Avatar*SELKIS GIFT - Natural Skin( no longer available) , the pussycat lashes from ICEY 65L and my new eyes Natural Serie hazel acqua 8 from EDDESIGN body shop, 180L. in all pictures. The eyes have several prim options too such as sparkle and natural shine. Also all pics were taken on location at the ICEY store. Definately worth the time to check it out.. Enjoy!!

Bijou:Diva Conundrums....

Hello All, hope that this post finds you all well...I am so excited about this post that I can hardly wait to tell you all about my newest find....In my wanderings recently I happened into this shop called Bijou. Bijou has everything from great bathing suits to beautiful gowns and club-wear. They also have some skins for sell. There were 6 different skin tones and they came in 8pk that have 4 different makeup options and also offer all 4 in a shiny and reg finish for 1500L a pack. While browsing I was lucky enough to stumble upon these great freebies. When you come in the store you will see some stairs to the left, go up the stairs and the gifts will be on a shelf to the right straight ahead. I thought that it was a great find anyway but imagine how pleased I was to see that not only did I get these fabulous dresses, I got them both in 5 colors! There were also a set of nice tops that are not shown here.

The first dress I got was called Diva. I can see why, any woman would feel like a diva wearing it. I love the shirring down the front. I also love that each color comes with its own peacock feather detailing. Along with the dress in 5 colors you also get a fabulous jacket that has very nice details of its own, bell sleeves and lovely ribbon corsage. The dress also comes with long black gloves, that is the perfect finishing touch. Here I have it with Cumie-Platinum/Jetblack, one of the 1L fatpack hairs at Here Comes Trouble, and Beauty Avatars group gift skin, Nefertiti vol 2. To get this skin search all for Beauty Avatar will be the 2nd option down, join the group and check the notices. For the finishing touches I have on Pixel Mode's Black leather sandal- group gift and from Moontan, the silver tile jewelry set 0L.To get the shoes search all for Pixel Mode, it will be the 3rd option down, join the group and the shoes are in the notices. Lets not forget a beauty must the prim lashes from Alady.

The other fabulous find is the Conundrums dress. It is a cute dress with low cut v-neck , empire waist hem, 3/4 length bell sleeves and full skirt. The hem falls just above the knee. There are a multitude of possibilities with this dress. With the proper accessories this dress could work for just about a any occasion. Here I have it with Boon NMR32-platinum free hair- it is a mega pack. The skin is Naomi-Nude from A Piece of Candy-1L. The lashes shoes and jewelry are the same as above. Be sure to get these great finds while they are hot. Also with all the pieces and options with this freebie this would lends itself easily to compliment other pieces and outfits you may already have.... Enjoy!!

Hello Ladies,
I have decided that I am going to try something a little different and try to get some quickies in on good stuff in between my longer and more involved post. I got a tip about a free dress that Persona is giving out to their group. It is a wonderful babydoll dress with lovely lace detailing on the sleeves and shoulders and a very nice feather detail. To have this lovely for your own all you need to do is go to search on all tab and put in Persona, it is about the 7th entry down. It will say PERSONA- update group. Join it and go into the group notices it will say a gift for you dated 5-10-08. It comes also with some great looking tights that have a pattern down the back, which I for one thought was a nice touch. Now on to the other goodies I got to put this post together. The skin is the group gift from Chai the skin is called Indigo, it comes in several skin tones and here I am wearing it in cream. It is soft and pretty and has very nice Indigo liner over the eyes. To receive this gracious gift all you need do is head over to Chai, when you come in come in a little ways and look to the right, you will see the door to the skin boutique go in there and to your right you will see the subscribe-o-matic touch it to join and then touch again to get the history. You will get a list of options, you will want to look for option #2 dated may 5th. Once you do that then you will be the proud owner of this skin in 6 different skin tones. There has to be one to suit everyone. I also have on the free prim lashes from Alady. This hair was a fantastic find at Free Speerit if you go there right now all the hair that they have is free. I am wearing Elise in Platinum. I love the little claw clip in the back. There are 7 or so other styles available, be sure to get yours before they are gone. Last but certainly not least one of my personal favorite freebie finds...The slinky stilettos in black leather from Maitreya. Maitreya is one of my most favorite stores and a freebie from them is a real treat, especially something so useful and timeless. Hurry down and get yours while you can. PixelDolls at Port Seraphine

A lot has happened since my last post, I apologize for being a little distracted. Also I would like to introduce my new friend Neve. She was a lovely gift from my sweet Chicco to keep me company. I love her, she is my baby. I like her so much that I have hardly been able to put her down. She is making her debut in this post.

That being said I have been wanting to blog on PixelDolls for a while simply because of the volume of quality freebies I recieve from this place as a member of the subscrib-o-matic. So many in fact was not able to have pictures for all of them. When I went to post the first time they were rebuilding the sim, so I waited and now here it is. (since the writing of this they have remodeled yet again) PixelDolls is actually several stores in one and you can find all that you need to get your av looking great. Everything from full avatar packages to bruised skin, clothes, shoes , hair, anything.

PixelSpa, featuring Stella di Rocci skins , is where you can get skins in a wide rang of tones and makeups. The skins range in price from 250L for a single tintable skin up to 500 for a multi-pack with many make-up options. For those that do not want to be perfect all the time there are skins that have sunburn, bruises and scars for 250L and they have skins for men and women.

Also located in the same place is PixelSalon you can get hair for 100L and it comes 18 color hud. There are several styles available and they also offer huds that will give your hair additional color options. They offer fades, streaks and 2 different kind of tipped colors. The posibilities are endless. To complete your look they also offer eyes here for 50L a pair and there are 45 colors to choose from.

PixelMen offers high quality, affordable, avatar fashion for men. Complete outfits range from 100L to 200L, and 50L-75L for separates there are also boots available for 225L.

Avatar offers complete avatar packages with all the trimmings. Each full package contains an outfit with accessories , body, hair, skin, eyes, and an animation replacer all for 250L. WOW. With 32 options, 21 for women and 11 for men, it would not be hard to find one that is to your liking.

PixelLounge has become one of my favorites. Have you ever wondered where PixelDolls things go when they are retired? Well wonder no more they go to PixelLounge where they are marked down to 100L each. There are many styles to choose from casual wear , cute dresses. There are also pant suits that you can get. I have several things from here. I love it.

LoveLace Lingerie is also part of this and if you are looking for beautiful details and rich textures in your lingerie then this is the place for you.

PixelDolls has such variety there is something for everyone there. Everything from sci-fi/fantasy wear, to formals and causal wear.

Sci-Fi/Fantasy wear includes some lovely beaded gowns, silks and gorgeous belly dancing wear, with lots of peacock feathers. Very detailed and lovely. There are even some belly dancing poses and ao's available. If your fantasy is to be a ballerina they have you covered there too with nice tutus and ballerina ao. Prices up to 300L for clothes and 950L for ao's.

If your needs are for something a little more formal the gowns and dresses start at 150L. Causal wear outfits range from 125L-275L. Also the little things that tie it all together, hats and shoes.

As far as freebies go I have to say that this place is top rate. As a member of the subscribe-o-matic I have recieved many lovely pieces from PixelDolls. Also in the store there are some freebies that anyone can pick up. I love the attention to details and very rich textures that are used on the clothes. I have many things from this shop.

Just like the store, there are a lot of things to be seen on the sim of Port Seraphine. Other great shops on the sim are Sin Skins, Sweet Dreams-latex fashions, IKI casuals by PixelDolls and Torridwear, LF Fashions , Chai Skins, FX , Sick n' Wrong, Fluff-N-Stuff, and Whitestar All Under One Sky. There are also 2 new stores open there 2811, and Tee minus.

When you go be sure to have a look around, the scenery here is breathtaking. All of the stores are on islands suspended in the sky. There are beautiful sculptures, a volcano and some interesting flowers. There is even a weather station that you can go to that has weather that changes. There was even a thunderstorm when I was there complete with puddles to splash in and all.

While I was there for this post I happened to bump into fellow Fashion Consolidated Cafe member Siyu Suen of Illusions. She was so adorable I could not pass up a chance to snap a pic of her. She makes mask and other lovely things. Do check out her store.
