Don't get too close to my fantasy!!!!

Greetings and Salutations all you fashionistas and fashionistos. We all know that sl can be a chance for us to do things that are just not possible in rl. Most little girls and some little boys :P have fantasized sometime about being a mermaid or a fairy. Thanks to some generous folks even if you are not sure about it being a full time thing, you can still get a chance to try it on . First up Fish tails!! I have on the Dark Moon mertail starter kit from Tigey Tales Shop. Really supa great gift

complete with mermaid ao and all. Free at the Armada location where these lovely mermaid pics were taken. The hair is [Aden] Tammy II (Platinum) , heard that store is closing in a little less than a week and all the hair styles are on sale for 50L each!!!! That is right!! What are you waiting for? The skin I have on here with it came from the Piece of Candy 3-15 group gift, and it is called Mandy 11.

Please go by the shop and check it out Candy has some great things at even better prices, and she is soo good to her group.. be sure to check that out .

Next Stop Fariy-topia!! For those of you that would rather stay fairly dry and release the inner Tink there is * Deviance * - Aqua Fae Costume 1L, comes with the wings, dress, 2 different types of hair flowers and even shoes (not shown). In stead of shoes I opted to have it with the SLink Barefoot Bamboo Style (500L) , not free

but really cute and I was able to make the polish match the dress. To finish up this look I have [Aden] Edie (Platinum) Hair , 50L on sale and Imagen (IS) Lia - Norte - Patricia skin that is a hunt gift from the hunt for shamrocks there, think each one is 1L each but have several skin tones in the hunt sure to find one that works for you. These pics were taken at Mermaid Temple in the Row of Cherry Blossoms using poses by {Lap} (oh okay, top pic ; Fae Dolly, pic to the right). Beautiful place but when walking beware of the serpent of seduction, it's always trouble when you are playing with a snake. Well enjoy and see you soon.

Long Time No See!!

Where to start it has been way too long since the last post. There has been one attempted post since the last but alas the blog monster gobbled it up never to be seen. Well I will try to correct all that. I would really like to see the group and blog grow this year, so if you are anyone you know is interested in doing notices for the group or doing blog entries, anything at all no matter how big or small just im me in world........ I love having the lashes on the skin they will always fit right. My hair Maitreya Aimee - Jet was a previous gift. Sheri has on the really cute Indyra Originals Gift: Marie Claire' it is currently out at the Namaste Isle location. Her skin is Bebae - Coral *Coco Skin that is free when you join the group, it cost 100L , which just this gift is well worth that and more easy. We are all wearing shoes from the incredible Maitreya Group Gift Pumps package you get when you join their groups. You will be sure to have a pair to match anything that you are wearing. This was a quickie... Spirit of the Season

Hello Pretties, Has been waaaay too long since the last post, but have been so busy with new studio. Be sure to come by M2C Photography and pick up Globe 212 in the POE hunt. The Peace on Earth grid-wide hunt is a fine example of how people from all over the world can come together in the spirit of unity and giving that seems to be almost universal during the holiday season. I for one am truly thankful to all the talented and generous vendors that are participating and also to the lovely ladies of Mode Rage for putting all this together, which was no small feat!! Thanks.

That being said.. on to the goodness..!!! First stop Insolence.. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place, some of the most if not the most beautiful lingerie in all of sl !!! If you do not have at least one set of this stuff you are missing out. For anyone that doubts this they are currently offering a super gift of Jaime Christmas Outfit. Ohhh look!

!! Such incrediably rich detail. The lingerie is a fine gift on its own but with the awesome shoes, hot dress and cute necklace it is truly not to be missed.

Next stop and old favorite and some new ones. Who doesn't love a little Sn@tch from time to time? I loves them, 2nd post was on Sn@tch, awesome designs great prices and nice details and the HoHoNo gift from there is not lacking on any of these components. A lovely classic sweater dress and socks. it be sure to run to Mia Snow and on the coco tray treats abound. There are some skins and yummy treats like cupcakes and for your inner ( for some not so inner :P) dork there are these cute and tasty candy cane antlers.

Also if you have not already noticed my J's gift UNISEX Engineer Long Boots are sooo nice. Very generous unisex gift at J's to get them join the group and be sure to take your man friends so that they can enjoy these as well.

Fantasy China Dynasty Land

Hello my lovlies. I have had some rl issues, we all know how that is, that have kept me from

being able to post for a while but I was on and found this place and could not miss the chance to post. It is a Chinese role play sim that offers lots to see and do. If you want to read more about that then feel free to check out my other blog Misadventures of Margaux Dufaux. This post is primarily about these yummy and incredibly detailed freebies that they are giving away. They have some beautiful ones for sale and as I could see most were about 1600L so that makes this gift even more special. They are only out for a week so hurry down and get them. They even have some nice

things for the guys and we all know that they are often neglected. So that being the case I enlisted the help of my friend Mango Mubble, representing for the guys.

there during the initial rush now have a reason to visit this incredible place again. First off on me we have the generous and lovely princess out wear of tang dynasty and on Mango ancient chinese scholar, both very detailed and a true gift created by Stone Ryba. The sencond get up that we put on while we explored this beautiful sim, I have on princess yang of tang dynasty and on Mango another out fit for the guys Ancient Chinese scholars. As Mango enjoys a musical selection by moi. After a little more wandering around we found this nice quite spot and here I have on Feel China-Bena blue cheong and Mango has on Zen Robe.

Ahh what can be much better? How about a dress made from art and also getting the print that it was made from? That is right it is in the store now so pick it up. While you are there be sure to have a look around and the art museum is not to be missed. Free*Style Starlust Shout out

I know that it seems that the post are getting fewer and far between but I do what I can. This time I found a place that was set up by fellow bloggers at Free*Style. If you have not seen this blog I have a link to it on the right of this page. Good Stuff check it out. Anywho's they have a new and bigger shop set up with lots of goodies and an area to take free pics upstairs. I got several things there including this cute !WigWamBam Girlie Black/Red set. Here I have it with Fuel *Poppy* Bella Court Shoes that were a special dollarbie deal not too long ago. Not sure that these are still available but I love mine. to finish the look I have added (Caroline's) Graduated Diamond Set. For this look I am wearing Splendor - Cocoa Cherry Lip Gloss skin and *TRUTH* Berri 1L hair in Black.

If you do not know about the Splendor skins they are available for 1L . Come in 3 skin tones and the templates that were used to make them are available online. You are welcome to download them and use them to make your own skins. If you have ever wanted to make your own skins or just play around with this process here is your chance.

I also got this really cute Lingerie BabyDoll set by Royal Designs

there. I love the color and there are some nice details like the clips on the garters and bra. Here I have it with the (JUNWAVE) Party Girl hair and the Tigerlily Koi - (Nude) Jaded ~Another Skin~. I love the softness of this skin and the beauty mark that is has on it. I also picked up these kuri cupcake eyes there. Not sure that these pics do it justice but they have little cupcakes in them, these are the ones in pink but they also have them in brown and blue too.

Last but not least we have the AOHARU BT SpringTurtle for FreeStyle, with winter comming up it will make a good staple to for any fall wardrobe. Here I have it with the Thimbles - Green Plaid Skirt that I picked up at the Starlust ext for 1L. I won these awesome TESLA - 'Jane' -lime- Shoes in the lucky chair at Tesla. The hair

is *CMC* Carolyna - Orange, gift from Color Me Couture at the recent hair fair. Also from Free*Style The AOHARU Soft Ice Cream set in Caramel Mix and the .: mela's :. sakura sorceress skin in (natural). I would like to thank my sweet Smutty Maggs for bringing these EyeFidelity Reflections - The Far Away eyes by Zada Zencova to my attention. The reflection in these are from The Far Away, if you have never been there you should go sometime, I will have an up coming post on this soon on the Misadventures of Margaux Dufaux blog.

Ravish Summer Spree

Howdy do to everyone!! Miss me? I hope so. In the excitement of all things summer and other various projects I have been working on I have not had the chance to post here as much as I would like, but the good news is I think that I may have a helper soon so you will get to see more. Also I don't know if many of you are aware but there is a freebie fashionista group in-world that you can join and I will be sending out notices about nice things even when I cannot post on

them. That way you will never have to miss out on the great things I find and just do not have the time to post on. Also I would like for the chat to be a resource for us to help each other find specific things we might be looking for. Exciting!!

Now onto the goodies. First of all I sure that you will notice that I am looking a little different in this post. The reason being that I am modeling the Allie-shape and skin from

Ravish. They have shapes that represent various body types , and many beautiful skins as well to compliment. They offer different packages and are pretty reasonably priced. The skin/shape packages range from 800L-1200L and the skins are 500L each and 1500L for a pack of 4. Be sure to check this place out.

I have found some great places recently and just cannot post on all that I love, but here are a few things to wet your whistles and give you an idea of the incredible generosity of these designers. Thanks to all of you designers for your kindness and for what you do. I would not be here if it were not for you.

First is the Poshy Punk Set in Peppermint by Isabella Esoterica Designs that was offered as a free gift by Callie Cline for Freebie Geebie Week. If you are not a member of the Cal Gal group be sure to join so that you can enjoy great gifts like this one. I have been getting them all week and have some great things I am thrilled to have. This lovely set has several pieces and with capris and a skirt as well as a jacket, this outfit like some others on this post offers a lot of options. This outfit looks like it was made for *JetDoll*'s - Vintage Vixen Black that I picked up at Savior Hair. The KJ- Wood-WHITE-Wedge Pumps came from Kumamoto Japan an amazing place that I discovered and you MUST go there. More about this amazing place later in the post.

The Retrology sim is celebrating 1 year being open, so celebrate with them. Many of the shops there are offing some great free gifts. Not sure how long these will be around but at time of this post the boxes were still there so please treat your self and head on down before it is over. Here I have the

Now more about Kumamoto Japan, there are so many great things there. Too many thing to post or list. You have to go and trust me you will be happy that you went. Look at these fantastic sandals!! When I found these

KJ-Brown shoes I fell in love. They also come in white with the next dress on this post. These are perfect for all those sexy summer minis, shorts and baby doll dresses. Here I have it with the KJ-BrownDress , KJ-Wood Accessories Set (earrings and 2 necklaces) and KJ-Bracelet. The hair is *booN free hair NMR32 in blonde.

There were many outfits there that came with multiple options like this KJ-WHITEDRESS with mini and baby doll options. Here with the white version of the sandals and the earrings that were with the last dress. The hair is Fuel Laydee hair that I picked up at Savoir Hair. I have also added this sweet cosmos(pearl) bracelet from *sakurako*. It was in a small shop in another area of Kumamoto Japan, so when you are there look around and there are more goodies to be found.

Another versatile set from Kumamoto Japan is this this tank dress that comes with 3 different tanks and 2 skirt options. Shown here with ~Bewitched Hair~ Dollarbie~ Beach Babe in blonde and in brown. Both are worn with KJ- Wood-BROWN-Shoes. I love these shoes and they have them there for free in 4 different colors!! What's not to like?
