Ela Desings - 60L Sunday 6/7 Feb sale

Ela Designs is very quickly becoming one of my favorite accessory stores. Her items are so well made and require so little adjustment, she's spoiling me. *grins widely* She has two items for the sale this week. The first is this sexy lip ring, it's silver with two, criss-crossed attachment points, a chain connecting them with a little heart dangling in the middle. There are also many facets around the face of the heart to make it sparkle and shine in the light.

Elara is also selling her black, white, and silver, leather and beads bracelet collection for 60L. All the different shapes, textures, sizes, materials, widths, and placements of each piece on these bracelets combine to draw the eyes and make this a very interesting set. You have smaller silver beads, larger white beads with a touch of black, round leather bands, flat buckled leather bands, bands attached to bands, etc. One of my favorite aspects of this set is how it looks like Elara has taken one of the silver beaded bracelets and attached each end to a different flat, buckled bracelet...so that if you moved one of the buckled bracelets to your other wrist they would be connected by the beaded bracelet. Mmmmm, restraints. *grins widely*

I couldn't help but use these two pieces to complete my bad girl outfit with the shirt I got from Snowpaws. I also wore Elara's awesome white belt from the sale last week, if you missed the sale you should pick one up anyway cause you sure are missing out on a great accessory. Snowpaw Fashion - 60L Sunday 6/7 Feb

I...am...in...l.o.v.e...with this awesome, super sexy, sheer, black blouse from Snowpaws. When I put it on my sexy bad girl side jumped to the front and yelled "YAY...FINALLY!" LOL I know, I just don't let her out often enough. The prim bodice and sleeves give it the whimsy part of sexy, while the half sheer texture gives it the hot part of sexy. And the plunging cleavage just adds to the allure of the piece. I warn you though, if you are not daring then you need to dig deep for the diva inside you before wearing this blouse.

I must confess that I have been wearing it all week since I got sick. Just seeing it on me helps make me feel better, shows me I'm still HOT, and not just because of my temperature. *laughs* See in the pic how it brings out my bad girl side? I bet you can hear me saying, "Nope, I'm not cooking tonight, you are going to have to take me to that spicy new Thai restaurant I've been hearing so much about...then maybe salsa dancing for a few hours before I drag you home and show you what the word hot really means." Of course that would be said with a cheeky smile and the lift of one eye brow.

Something else I really like is that you can see my belt through the material of the shirt. Most times when you wear a shirt this long there is no point in wearing a nice belt, well now there is. *grins* But you really don't need me to tell you all this because I really do think these pictures speak for themselves. We really do need to come up with another spelling for hot cause three letters just isn't enough to get the point across...lol See you at Snowpaw Fashions.

Free from A&k Designs

Ohh Ohh, you have to check out this hot little number from A&k Designs. It's just right for Valentine's day and best of all it's free! It's called Valentine Hearts Lingerie, and I think it's easy to see why. *laughs* It covers an amazing amount of skin for something so skimpy. I just love the heart cut out in the bodice and the gloves make me just want to run my hands all over everything. *Thinks her man better watch out come Valentine's Day* I'm throwing this one in the very back of the closet so there is no chance he will see it before the big day. I can NOT wait to see the look on his face when I come strolling into the room with this sexy scrap of material on.

Let me set the scene: Candle light dinner for two, half eaten deserts still on the table, sexy man sipping champagne in front of a roaring fire while I'm off in the bathroom changing. I let one lace covered hand slip around the door, the soft scrape of the material just enough to draw his attention as I allow the side of my body to show briefly. I move my hips sensuously so he catches glimpses of the smooth skin along my hips and butt cheek, one eye peeking out to gauge his reaction. As I see his breathing pick up I very slowly allow my whole body to slide into view, striking a very sexy pose that I know he can not resist as I do so. Loving the fact that his breath catches in his throat as I am completely revealed to him.

I bet you 50L it takes him a full minute to remember to breathe...lol Adrianna has been kind enough to include the sweet little heart pasties I am wearing in this pic with the outfit, for those of you that either need a little more modesty or just want to drag out the suspense. *giggles and winks* Rush on over to A&k Designs so you can have a night to remember also!

The Many Faces of Valentines Pt 3 New Love

There comes a time when you meet someone that makes you forget about the previous stages and love lives anew in your freshly mended heart. You know all the signs, when you are in love everyday when you wake up the sun is shining and the birds are singing, every song you hear makes you think of your beloved, and you are so full of love you look for sweet ways to declare your love to the new object of your affection. This Djinn & Tonic - Lessthanthree shirt says it all... "what is it saying exactly?" you might be thinking and to be honest it took a minute for it to dawn on me what it was saying but there is a cute little detail on the back of the neck to help out anyone that may not have figured it out. Perfectly paired here with these Nomine White Rose Jeans. The comfy fit worn to perfection and beautiful rose pattern that runs down the outside of both legs. The Many Faces of Valentines Pt 2 The Mend

Well after the rain, the sun starts to peer out from behind those silver lined clouds and as the tears start to dry, our hearts start to mend and again we are ready to love. I snagged the ~La Petite Morte~ Bruised Heart Set, it also comes with cool skin ( not shown). This huge heart with band-aids shows the whole world that you broken heart has mended.

Feeling much better now I skipped down to PIDIDDLE for the Soft Soul Top - Valentine Hopo Exclusive, this sweet sweater with its soft folds, cowl neck , and bow with heart detailing will make you a cuddly angel he will not be able to resist. Only at Hopo Mall and only 50L, be sure to get this one and check out the great mall while you are there. Here I have it with *BOOM* Gettin Low Jeans -v2 (light blue) that are the perfect cut for any casuals you have .. great for boys or girls .

The finishing touches on this look are the DECO - Poop Hunt Exclusive Smoky Earrings. Deco has some great pieces that have a full range from casual to formal .. one of my faves for jewelry, be sure to pay them a visit for your jewelry needs. Also great for jewerly * U&R DOGS, this lovely :+*R*+: Tweedle Dee Bracelet was a gift I snapped up at the LVS Drive Valentine day hunt that is on until 15th Feb. This and some other treats are sprinkled all over the sim.

The Many Faces of Valentines Pt 1 The Break up

We all know that Valentine's day is promoted as a day for lovers. We also know that there are many states that love can be in. Valentines day is not always candy and flowers for us all.

To the left to the left ..... we all know that song. Sometimes you just have to cut your losses and just end it. You know you cannot bear to even see anything that reminds you of him so out comes the box. All the jaded love songs, pics of happier times and the love letters full of lies .. along with that stoopid bear he won for you at the fair tucked in, don't forget the note to soften the blow featuring my personal fave break up line.. "it's not you.." . Haha!! If you find yourself in need of finding some quick closure swing by Agent Orange and pick up this funny as hell V-day Breakup Box. Funny that is unless you are on the receiving end of things. Dressed for the occasion because breaking up is hard to do I am wearing the super comfy and casual my broken heart set (pink) by rbcg. One of quite a few little gems I picked up at the Valentine's Bazaar. The Valentine's Bazaar is a collective of some great designers offering some great special items that are only 50L and less from what I could see, be sure to check it out. Also from the Bazaar this sweet [PF] Skye - Pink Sugar skin in Milk from Pink Fuel the one here is the flushed option 50L. Topping off this look this fun Gattina - Cream from .:[ Tiny Bird ]:., with big can rollers perfect for when you don't feel like being bothered. Whew... KoKo Kool

There are many new and wonderful shops in SL, but I think one of the best finds for me(personally) has to be KoKo. Actually when I first came across this brand, I thought it only specialized in hair, but later I realized they sold pretty dresses, beautiful gowns, and adorable shoes too! In my earlier blog about them (see my post under: 'Amazing Alpestyle and KoKo Hair!'), co-owner Akira gave me two lovely hair-dos, and this time, designer CC Blaisdale gave me two gorgeous gowns after I went back to KoKo to buy some of my favourite hair!! Oh and I bought a pair of cute platform shoes there too which will be featured in my next post:-))

Grin & Bear It

I have a particular fondness for bears + some recent gifties + other bear-y cute finds seemed to call for a li'l showing.

I won these free cute slippers in the Mocha lucky board about a month ago + I've been parading around in them ever since. The lucky boards are giving them away in cream, dark brown + light brown colors, in addition to some girlie-girl high-cut panties. The store has moved slightly (a little down the road from its former location) so take this updated sLURL here to hit it. How cute are these li'l guys?
Kue just started a new MM board giftie, this free adorable bear pillow. It comes with 2 sits (shown here) + is such an awes thing to chillax with in front of a fire. The bear is even holding a little red heart. Awwws! Fair warning: the count is low on this MM board -- like, 10 low -- so if you want this thing, it's best to plan for an early slappy.
These earmuffs were a $20L find by Ruru@Pino @ Last Period. Aren't they ahhhdorables?
This red + black striped minidress that I'm wearing with these fluffy bear earmuffs was another $1L find at Last Period (I believe it's by MeteoRain but don't quote me on that). This belted mini is such a fun party look. I couldn't resist adding the smexeh schoolmarm glasses that are free by NALA for the Cupid Heart Hunt. Love the unique red "heart shadows" that sit below the eyes on these. Life is all about the fashion extras.
This pretty updo hair by Junwave can be found for $1L at the new KDC Hair Mall. In honor of the new opening, nearly all the vendors have set out free + $1L gifties. (Somebody please holla at me if you see a "T" in that Salon Cri-Cri lucky board -- that ribbon hair is just too kyoot!) This Junwave updo is really cute; you get 3 colors + there's a handy auto script resizer too.

Here's a close-up of the To. Die. necklace I'm wearing with this look, which is a spectacular emerald Art Deco design by Millette @ Switch. This is one of those exceptional finds that I just could not believe was a gift. This fastidiously detailed piece will set you back all of $1L.
I'll close this post with a quick shot of what struck me as being the anti-teddy bear: this red-pinned voodoo doll, which you can scoop as a photo studio with 2 poses by Tuft at the $50L Valentine's Bazaar (where I also scooped this pretty $50L Pink Fuel skin I'm wearing in these last shots). Too bad Gavin severely underestimated my superior voodoo powers here.

That's What Friends Are For

I was just enjoying some peace and quiet today when who should contact me but fellow shopaholic and dear friend, Tesh? But of course her shopping addiction was far worse than mine (in my opinion at least *grin*), I mean, if I could, I would have signed her up for Shopaholic Anonymous! *hehe*



Anyway, Tesh teleported me to this god-forsaken sim (like a good friend would when she finds something interesting to share*grin*) where everything was dark and misty yet with an unusual aura about it that was both mystifying and disquieting. Then before I knew it, I found myself stuck fast to this gigantic, nausea-inducing spider web!!! Poor Tesh tried to help but she had a deep fear of spiders herself (bless her)...


Ahhhh...here comes Gavin, hope he doesn't claim to have arachnophobia as well LOL!

Rock this Vday!

Valentines day is all about the love. For me though, it's about rocking the best red and pink fashions I can find. Whats a single girl to do on valentines day? Rock it in sparkles and bows!
